By utilizing Cybward, you warrant and legally declare that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account immediately without notice if we discover a user is under 18.
For users residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Cybward LLC acts as a Data Controller for platform usage data and a Data Processor for materials uploaded to private deal rooms. We ensure that explicit consent is gathered for all data processing activities, and data destruction policies align with PDPL requirements.
In accordance with Qatar's PDPPL, users have the right to object to automated decision-making. Cybward provides transparency regarding our AI Smart Matching algorithms. Users may request manual reviews of algorithmic matching outcomes by contacting support.
Users accessing the platform from the GCC agree to adhere to regional content standards. Any transmission of materials violating the Cybercrime laws of the UAE, KSA, or Qatar will result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
