    Terms of Use

    These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cybward.ai and Cybward.com (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Cybward LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

    By checking the "I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy" box during registration, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

    1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

    2. GCC Mandatory Carve-outs

    For users accessing the Platform from within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), including but not limited to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the State of Qatar, local mandatory consumer protection and data sovereignty laws may apply. In the event of a direct conflict between Wyoming Law and a mandatory, non-waivable GCC statutory provision, the local provision shall prevail solely to the extent of the conflict.

    3. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

    Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be resolved through a multi-tiered approach:

    1. Informal Negotiation: Parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
    2. Mediation: If informal negotiation fails, parties shall engage in mediation in a mutually agreed upon digital forum.
    3. Binding Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration. For US-based users, this shall be conducted in Cheyenne, Wyoming. For GCC-based users, arbitration shall be administered by the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) or the Qatar International Court and Dispute Resolution Centre (QICDRC), conducted in English.

    4. Class Action Waiver

    READ CAREFULLY: You and Cybward LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other ONLY in your or its individual capacity, and NOT as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

    5. Platform Usage

    Cybward LLC provides a marketplace connecting cybersecurity consultants with companies. We are not a party to the contracts formed between companies and consultants. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable export control and sanctions laws of the United States and the GCC.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform are and will remain the exclusive property of Cybward LLC.
